Is there a legal option to access the AppInventor2 Taifun SQLite extension? I want to buy it, but I don't have the option via PayPal or bitcoin.

If you want to buy an extension, you have to used the software required. So far from what I see from Taifun's website, the only options are PayPal or Bitcoin. 
The only "legal" option is to buy it.
This is a single user license for you as App Inventor developer, which means, the extension (aix file) is only for you to use. You are not allowed to pass the extension (aix file) to someone else. In case you are interested in a multiple user license, please contact me by email.

I suggest you use the contact page on Taifun's site to get in touch, you should be able to work something out.
You might want to ask a friend to purchase the extension for you... after the purchase just send me an email and I will send you the download link
