It works on Zenfone Max m1
but it doesn't on ROG Phone 2
it shows unable to load music and crashed
even the template program doesn't work

Yes, this example from @Taifun has not yet been adapted for Android ≥ 10 (Companion).
So add this block (using this extension → Get the path of → ASD (app-specific dir) & → private data dir (internal storage) - #2 by deanart2012):

Note: The compiled app (APK) will work (also without adding these blocks).
the player extension now received its SDK29 update, so for devices >= Android 10 the new path to the assets will be used for the companion app
