SystemBars - Hide, show, and change the color of the system bars

JoeDevSystemBars

Show and hide the status bar and navigation bar, either together or individually.
System icons automatically adjust their color (white/black) based on the background color's contrast.

I've only tested it on Android 16 (Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro).

Hides both the status bar and navigation bar.

Ran a quick test with this on Android 17 with just this block

In companion, it doesn't "hide" the NavBar coloured section at the bottom, but does hide the nav buttons

When compiled, the coloured section is also hidden

You're right. Compaion's manifest permissions don't include permission to "collapse/expand the status bar". Therefore, it won't work in Compaion.
