how do you build an attendance app that will send automatic sms to parents phone numbers immediately scanned the QR-Code.

This is app is meant to scan QR-code and then send SMS text message to parents phone number. I practically don't know how to implement it now. Currently, my App can scan the QR code, send text message via web but not to phone number. I want the text to show on phone numbers. Please, any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
