Strange BLE behaviour with UUIDs

I have a BLE device that communicates values through AT commands with the use of two UUIDs. I confirmed these two UUIDs are working using a Serial BLE Terminal App. However, only one of the UUID is working, when I am working with app inventor. I don’t know what is going wrong.

The below UUIDs are not working

I would like to post these UUID values from nRFConnect app, so that at least some of you can help me.

I posted in the stackexchange as well with a hope that someone might help, so far not much help.
