I'm trying to create a Spinner and populate ElementsFromString with content from the uryvky.csv file. it is not working. Where am I making a mistake?

You need to set elements (not elementsfromstring) in the File1.GotText event block using the list from csv table block

A single column csv table can be split at \n to get a list suitable for .Elements.
