So Apearently Spinners cant have colors (like background or text) even though it still shows that you can in the designer, i was testing with the App Inventer Companion so it might just be that but still why is it a option?
The colour properties are for the spinner button, here I show a background of green and a text of red.
If you want to customise your spinner display, try this extension:
It's weird that the text colors apply to the Spinner options, but the background color only applies to the button.
