Unable to change application name and version
Application level properties have been moved to a new Project Properties dialog. You can open the dialog either by using the button in the designer toolbar (next to the Screen buttons) or via the Project Properties menu item in the Projects menu.

名称和版本是可以更改的。就是你设为solution的那个办法
在正體中文中，無法點開「專案屬性」，所以無法更改。

暂时替代方法是 先转成英文界面，设定后转为繁体中文？（我没测试过）
我目前就是這樣設定，希望未來能改進。(我是轉成簡體中文就可以了)
