Simple search button for list view reading (.csv)

Hi there im sorry i am new here i woud like to ask some help regarding a simple search bar using list view
the reason for this is the default filter of list view is lagging on my phone with each input i also would like to know on how do i add columns for my list view . something like this

Here is a Guide to Make a Search Bar in App. Dynamic Component Extension is used here, to display the list and also a Normal List. You should Change the Category to #discussion !
