Setting up emulator in linux

Hi Everyone,

I installed the emulator app in ubuntu linux but emulator is not starting in ubuntu.

Probably won't work in a vitualbox

@Gowri_Shankar1 Gowri-ji, did you set the execution mode for the file?

type the following:
chmod 755 /usr/google/appinventor/commands-for-Appinventor/aiStarter

Also, the syntax error at line 1 makes me think the "aiStarter" file got corrupted or is being interpreted as text. I see it's been about 2 yeas. Did you get it to work?
