Server error: could not upload file while uploading large video file

I was creating "GoldieOS" (app) When I upload the video but I got "Server error: could not upload file. Please try again later!" What I do now

  • try again later might work
  • You do not show your Project Blocks. Where did you upload the 'video'. A guess is your video may be large; how big a file is your video?

well, it is your video, so only you can answer that
what about compressing it? do a Google search for compress video

I searched "compress video" I choose "FreeConvert" I click "Video Compressor | Reduce Video File Size Online" and look like this:
