Sending PDF File to Mysql DB

Hello! It's my first time posting here and I am a beginner, I just started to use MIT App Inventor this week. I am currently working on sending a PDF file to the Mysql database and I got some error. Hello! I'm trying to send a PDF file from MIT App Inventor to a MySQL database. I always get the error 405: not allowed. Can someone help me out? Thanks!!
