SendDirectMessage Not Working

I inserted "SendDirectMessage" Block in the project and setted the phonenumber and msgtext, and also i permitted the permission but it's not working

possibly because the condition you set for actually sending the sms is not being met.

This is an international community
Therefore before taking a screenshot it would be great, if you could switch the language to English next time...
