I want to be able to send [FSR sensor] information through my [HM-10] which is connected to an Arduino Nano, to an IOS application (coded in Swift), or as a starting point, to my iPhone. How could I go about doing this?

This is the App Inventor community where you learn how to program in App Inventor not Swift. I guess you have to search for a community that supports that.
