If I try to select any of the built in blocks Control, Logic, Lists, Dictionaries or Proceedures from the Blocks menu I immediately get the error that "An internal error has occured. Report a Bug?". The Blocks items Math, Text, Colors and Variables work correctly. What is the problem?
have you changed the blocks toolkit level? Math, Text, Colors and Variables are exactly the blocks you have available when it is set to beginner
Is this a new project?
Which browser are you using?
Your project might got corrupted... import your latest backup snd restart from there

I changed the level to Expert when I started the project.
This is a new project - I am a beginner here. The browser is Chrome Version 122.0.6261.95 (Official Build) (64-bit) running on a Windows 11 computer.
That worked! All the blocks now work. Many thanks for your help.
I don't see anything corrupt in what you posted.
There's just a component sampler and some crumbs in the Blocks Editor.
Whatever was wrong may have been filtered out in the export process.
