First of all I would like thank you very much @Spicy_Topics, approciate your effort.
Actually I like your first version but it'll be very very helpful, if you could please send both versions. Thank in advance!

This seems to be the most sensible approach, divorcing the shop list "fetch" from the orders "fetch". As I was trying to get to earlier, probably the shop list does not change that much ? A refresh button could be added if needed.
