Scroll a TableArrangement to bottom

Scrolls the scrollable arrangement to the given position.

Parameters: scrollableArrangement = component, x = number (int), y = number (int)

You will need to put the table arrangement inside a scrolling arrangement. Better still, don't use a table arrangement, they can be buggy...

I forgot to set screen1 scrollable off, it runs now.
Also this block runs well
