I am seeing, on some application. user dragged screen and opening another screen. But I can't see any block, on screen block.
Can I do that, screen drag, with blocks or extension.

What do you mean by "screen drag"?

Are you trying to swipe the screen?
He wants to switch screens with right and left swipe gestures. There are extensions for that.

Here is an example using two canvases and vertical arrangements (virtual screens)

You could set up something similar for swiping/switching actual screens
