Save online files in specific folder in device

How can l download images from it's urls and save them as list in folder , and then load them from this folder in app instead of loading them from web by it's urls can any one explain me the method

I have made up an aia project that uses a csv file in the assets to provide the file list, and to then download the files - file by file.
