You are trying to use FirebaseDB with ios. It is not possible yet.

Experiment on a real Android or using the emulator until it is available. 
thank you for telling me i very much appreciate it. i am so tired. i guess i'll never be finished with this godforsaken app because somehow ios for firebase doesn't work and my aistarter won't bloody start on me.
