Rounding Number Values to 0.25 Increments

Hello,

How do I round a number to the nearest quarter increments (0.25).

For example if the number is "1.19". I would like for it to be rounded to the nearest quarter.
Which would be "1.25"

1.19 rounded to 1.25
2.73 rounded to 2.75
3.06 rounded to 3.00
etc....
