Resize video player block - Can't locate it

I am completing the " VideoWall for App Inventor 2" tutorial but I am stuck at the "Create the resizeVideoPlayer Procedure block." I cannot locate it under Any VideoPlayer drawer. Is it missing?

You have to make the procedure blocks yourself using the blocks from the procedure category.
