Request for Speech to phonetic converter?

Any extension that convert my speech to exact phonetic format without getting the exact word before?, i see some of extension there do phonetic after detecting my word.

Yeah, I saw that but it gives the transcribed word phontic not my sound or my pronouncation...

Did you see that you can add your own conversions?

I don't think it convert my speech to the row or acoustic phontic format based on my pronunciation. may be i say "hello" in deferent way of pronunciation but what it give me is the correct phontic of "Hello" which is /həˈloʊ/

I already made an extension for this PhonticExtension.aix (15.5 KB), but i can't get what i want.
