Reduce lag using visible sprite true or false in sprite canvas

i read in other post that you could use the picaboo method for visible and invisible images or sprites using logic true or false. but it could be works not using clocks?. or clocks its necessary for animation sprites?. i have other question about the clear canvas. the block call clear canvas clean the cache canvas and sprite cache?. someone can guide me about this?.

using canvas clear not work like free cache, i read about the spikes memory in canvas? or something like that?

i read about this post when exist spikes in the cache because app inventor its not designed for stored memory cache so its about my post for that.

using the trick like picaboo appear dessapear images could you preload sprites and animate that. its about that.
