Recognise sound (not speech)

Is there any way to recognise a certain sound for example the sound of spraying from a spray can, I want to make an app to stop those idiots spraying my garage doors :rage:

You might use the Personal Audio Classifier website to train an audio model using short 1-2 second recordings. You can then use the model and the Personal Image Classifier extension in App Inventor to build an app that can distinguish between voices.
