Reading data from Google Spreadsheet

I have an app that is reading data from a Google Spreadsheet and I am facing an issue; when there is just one record on the Spreadsheet it does not get displayed on the app, when there is two or more the last one does not get displayed, could any one be so kind to let me know what I should do to solve this?

Nothing to do with Google Sheets

Try removing the -1 block

This shows all the records for petrol and diesel for me
