READ NFC in tablet (that does not have a NFC sensor)

I have tablet ( GALAXY Tab S7 ) not support NFC reader, is someone use NFC reader with extension and support me.

Your tablet does not have the NFC hardware. An extension will not help to read NFC tags since the device has to have the hardware; that is how NFC works.
