Questions about Click Button and TextBox

Hi guy's, i would like to ask, how is possible to invent a click inside the screen so that i can enter on my list?
My list has 3 option ( Wine, Soft Drink, Alcool) how i have to do for click one of them and enter inside?
I need this please guys so that i can continue to finish my list and make the selection of the beverage.
