QR-Code with Shortlinks

Hello, I would like to open websites via a QR code and save the websites that are already open. A button should then be visible that leads to the website again. But that doesn't work with the shortlinks from Youtube. With the full link it works. In the Listpicker-List the link appears. What can I do?

To keep my TinyDB lists current, I make it a habit to retrieve my TinyDB lists immediately before updating and storing them.
