I am doing a project with an arduino bluetooth sensor and I finished my app using BluetoothLE extension within MIT APP inventor. It will not let me publish the app with this extension in it. Is there any way around this so that I can still publish it? As a last resort otherwise, is there any way that I can download and send this app to anyone else without publishing it if that is not possible.

Are you trying to publish to the Gallery ? If so, the Gallery will not accept apps with extensions.
If the Play Store is blocking your app, then perhaps more information from you is required....
You can download an apk to your computer using the Build menu in the App Inventor app. Then you can share it by placing on google drive or other file share medium.
