I have been using this feature for quite some time now and it perfectly worked up until now where whenever I submit an UPDATE, it just added a new row to the sheet without deleting the old row.
It seems like it is not running the code in the sheet or the trigger does not function.

Right Click in Blocks Editor and select “Download Blocks as Image”
for the best image of your blocks.
