How does it reject you for security Marco? How are you loading the app? The QR code?
Do you have your phone Settings set to allow unknown apps? Settings>Security>Install unknown apps

You probably have a Huawei or Xianomi phone. Both of these use the Avast virus software that often identifies App Inventor 2 as having a virus falsely.
I would answer Ignorar . Your issue is similar to Problem with evo-gen virus
