Although I indicated "31/07/2025" as the first expiration date and "31/07/2027" as the second, both medications are expired.

It looks like you are adding the conplete list on each iteration of the for each number loop
Add only the medicament, which is
Taifun
I inserted index 2 because it refers to their expiry
Is your format of 2025/7/31 working correctly for the MakeInstant block?
