Problem with Lists Modifications in MIT App Inventor

The block and designer pics are presented for your reference.
My input was Spinner:1, Text Box: Murali

As per my code block
I was expecting ["vanish", "murali",1] in label1 and ["murali",1] in label 2. bu i am getting same out put for both label 1 & 2 as ["murali",1]
Please suggest, what went wrong?

Insert a copy list to list block here copying list global name1 to list global name

Your current blocks mean that name is effectively working on name1
