Problem to access mit app inventor

I cannot access mit app inventor to enter to development screen. When I click button Create my browser only loading web page and web page cannot be load even I already waiting for a few minutes.
What I already did before only updated my windows 11.
This problem happened since around 2 days ago.

Others website could be access normally, any idea how to resolve this problem?

Has your network environment changed?

I use chrome.
No change on my network.
But I will try to use other network/wifi internet to check the problem still happen or not on other internet network.
