AppInventor gives me an error:
ERROR: The process "emulator.exe" not found.

I have problems connecting to the AppInventor development environment...
Is there also a local environment?

MIT App Inventor does not have an offline version.

However there is a third-party clone you might find useful.

to develop without a WIFI connection to App Inventor.
