Privacy statement

Hi, I have had huge issues updating my apps on google play re keysign. So decided to submit as new app but seems google wants a website for privacy statement. I did use my isp's free small capacity one, but the isp has been taken over and my little area summarily shut down! Do I NEED to have one? Google play store console is one of the most confusing areas I've ever seen!

You can use sites of Google , it's free , crate a page to store the privacy and you are ready
