Recently, I developed an app using App Inventor that reproduces on a mobilephone what an image looks like through a polarizer. Based on the principles of quantum mechanics, the probability of a photon passing through a polarizer is calculated and reflected in the transparency of the color.
But in fact, it can be done with simple calculations, so I would be very happy if you could refer to it as an application example of App Inventor in science education.
