Use a for each number block from 1 to 17 by 1, to set your indexes.
Why not just keep the data in the one list ?
In essence you are transposing the original list. An example of how you might do that:
Do you really, really need 17 listpickers ? Difficult to advise as we cannot see what you are trying to achieve...
