Please Help: Google Needs Min. SDK 21 - AI2 Has Min. SDK 7

Hello,
Today I finished my app SütterlinTrainer and I tried to upload it on Google Play Console. Unfortunately, Google has changed the minimum SDK version to 21. We have here in AI minimum SDK version 7. It would be great, if someone please could change this in AI2 from 7 to 21. I know that it is possible to change the minimum SDK version with APK Editor, but I do not come along with this tool, I tried more times, but then I gave up. Could someone please help? I need to upload my app on Google Play, it is a paid app. Thanks.

Was your app submitted to the Play Store as a new app or an update to another app?

Thank you Boban. It is a new app. Now I tried the APK Editor again and I have the problem, that it cannot find my APK even it is on the desktop. There is an error message. I hope that someone from MIT is reading this thread and updates the min. SDK from 7 to 21. That's the problem. Google is always changing something. Thanks!

Everywhere you look, there are new restrictions and confusion from Google. Fortunately, I don't have to worry much about my iOS app. They just run without me doing anything. In particular, there are no idiotic annual targetSdk update requirements.

Did the problem occur during the first upload (i.e. the initial version) of your app?

Post it. And name any special components used (like Firebase, ...) and all extensions.

This is a new feature of Google Play and has nothing to do with extensions. Specifically, Google now by default has a feature called "Automatic Protection" for apps, which if turned on injects new code into the AAB before it is converted into APKs to be distributed to users. The code Google injects requires the app be min SDK 21. well said dear - the worst application i have ever used - an laed idiot would have been behind this console development - bits and pieces everywhere NO CLEAR step by step HOW TO DO THING - DEVELOP an APP. a blatant error was - 'error in languages" so you try to correct your english even with copilot! but the real cuplrit was the SIZING OF images!!!! and a lot more errors of this nature - no sync of this console with any other application even the SDK is not updated!
