I am looking for an extension that I can play mp3 audio via a url link whether this audio is from YouTube or etc...
I searched well before asking my question here. All I found was an old add-on that doesn't work and an add-on that plays 360 video.

This is kind of hard, playing an MP3 from a normal URL works by just putting it in the sound component, but playing it from a source that doesn't link the Mp3 directly, is very hard.
Are you trying to make a ytmp3 app? that has many legal issues, so I don't reccomend doing that
I just want to add a sound, but its size is kind of big and I can't upload it to mit, so I thought I'd play it from YouTube as an audio source via URL
Also, I am thinking about it legally. I want to put the Holy Quran inside the application, and it is impossible to put it as a file because its size may exceed 1 GB.
That makes a lot of sense! Here is what I would do:
Find a site that hosts the Holy Quran as an mp3 file OR get all the text and put it through a text to speech website
On the site, see if you can get a page that looks like a white player with a black background(this is the audio source site)
Copy the URL and make a new Player component ( in Media tab)
Change "Holy Quran URL" to the URL of the sound file
I have not a lot of experience but I wish you the best of luck in making this app!
Split the single file up into (many) many smaller files, provide an index for users, or create a list to iterate over.
Thank you for helping me but I found a solution by using an add-on
This is also not possible, because Dividing it is not a solution, it will make the application size huge without benefit
100 x 1mb files vs 1x 100mb file ???
If I only want to listen to the 47th file, why download the whole lot to get at it ?
I don't mean that, but I mean that the size of the application will be large
Anyway, I found an additional solution that I can use to play the audio file via a URL link, but the problem is that it must end with mp3. I cannot put a YouTube link, for example.

[mod edit] Do not post extensions you have not created yourself. link to the extension page on the community:
This is the add-on that I used.
You need to use a YTMP3 converter to convert the video to an mp3 or find another website
