Hello,
I would like to install the Mit APP INVENTOR app on phone A and phone B.
When I press the app on phone A, I would like it to play a 30-second ringtone on phone B.
Is this possible with
You could do this with an online resource such as firebase where you set a value with one device, the other device picked up the change (DataChanged) and takes action (plays ringtone), then resets the firebase value ready for next time. A further thing, the device that sets the value should be configured to not play the ringtone! Both apps need to be open and running for this to work, otherwise you would need to set up a background task with iToo - (Search the community).
Can you show me the apps? Because I can't find them on the Play Store!
They do (It does) not exist, you will need to create them (it) !
Sorry, but I don't see how to do this at all.
It looks like it would help to learn some basics

There is a free programming course here Course In A Box and the aia files for the projects in the book are here: App Inventor 2 Book: Create Your Own Android Apps
