Can I use .h5 files instead of .mdl file in model of personal image classifier?

The documentation indicates you must use the mdl file. Otherwise use a different Artificial Intelligence system other than the MIT Personal image Classifier. Perhaps use TeachableMachine Teachable machine model into MIT App inventor to use the .h5 file. Teachable Machine
