I am writing an article for a magazine on my project which is an embedded system couple with an Android phone that has an app I developed using App Inventor. May I request permission from MIT App Inventor to allow me to release my project’s designer view & the blocks editor for publication?

Welcome. I don’t think MIT has to give you permission for that. You can post screenshots of your designer and blocks editor without any problem.
I am curious about your project and article. Could you tell us something more about it?
Maybe the article can be published on the App Inventor site.

It’s about a project I did quite sometime back. I designed an embedded system that communicates with an Android smartphone and MIT App Inventor is great for rapid prototyping. I’ll include a link once it gets published.
