All payments handled by Google. Google may ask you to enable international transactions for your card.

I've already told you that all payments is handled by Google. Google allowed you to make subscriptions like monthly/yearly. If you want to use their in-app-billing library so you must have to publish your app into play console. So you can create your own planned subscriptions and in-app product item.

My extension provides all of features of latest SDK V6.1.0. If you're familiar with play console and you know that how to create and sell products using in-app-billing system, so ths aix will be best option for you.

The program is currently undergoing internal test and working on my phone (pic 1), but it is not working on the other phones that I introduced thay as testers (pic 2).

What could be the reason?

Pay attention, I, as the app developer, do not receive any error messages and the app runs well on my phone. However, on the phones of four other testers who have conducted internal tests, only the error message appears. Do you think this could be an issue with the Google console. We have tried numerous times, and the result was the same.

Did the tester download the app from Google Play?

google play is asking to upgrade the billing system to version 6 or newer i got mine from jewel, pls how can i get the upgrade thanks.
