google play is asking to upgrade the billing system to version 6 or newer i got mine from jewel, pls how can i get the upgrade thanks.

Users who purchase the annual subscription (the only purchasing option in my app) cannot use the paid feature of my app, as if they hadn't subscribed. Do you think the problems some customers experienced were caused by version 7.0.0? Some customers bought my app, but when they tried to use it, it looked as though their purchase wasn’t recognized.
