Package Name issues again

Hi,
I seem to be having trouble with my apps package name again, none of the versions or saved copies I have seem to have the correct package name according to the Google Play Console.
If I start all over again what would be the package name ? what dictates the package name ?

Thanks for the tip, I had searched and read plenty but found myself lost in the forest of "how do i change package name" once I looked beyond that, it all became clear, problem solved.

you can use Un-Official Offline version of MIT AI2 which has Package Name feature in project properties section,
Just Import the AIA file and set package name and build the APK or AAB.
