Overlay Text/Images On Top Of The Camera Component

As a collaboration, I'm trying to make an app that will allow the user to take images (of what I will not mention as of yet).
For this, the app will need to guide/point the user to the angle at which they will need to capture the pictures.
Is there any way to overlay an image on top of the Camera component?

You can probably do this using a camera extension that displays the camera view in an arrangement, then use an overlap extension for your text/image ?
