tipo voorei aggiungere alle 22pm 3 ore e far uscire come somma/tempo 1 am del giorno dopo.

Besides your Time Picker, you need a Clock component from the Sensors Drawer of the Designer.
The Clock component has blocks to add hours to an Instant.
You could code a +1 Hour button Click Event to do that for you.
Keep the Instant being advanced in a global variable, and format it for display into a Label.
