Open app at phone start

Hello.
i'd want my app open when my phone restart.
i know that i have to autorise it in parameters:

but it seems that it is not enough: the app has to be configure to autostart.
how can i do this ?

this might be possible through an extension, for more info look at -

no extension already exists to do it ?

EDIT: my alarmmanager extension is able to autostart an app after a defined time, but not only at boot time...

thank you Taifun.
I will have to look at your extension attentively because i first undertsand it is able to start notification at defined hour, but it seems not clear for me it can start my app after reboot...

at a given time you can display a notification or autostart your app...
